By using My Sports Network (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least [INSERT MINIMUM AGE - commonly 13] years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

User Roles

The App has four account tiers, each with different access:

• Fan: can browse public content.
• Verified: can post to Pro Voice Stream; sees public content only.
• Inner Circle: can post to Pro Voice Stream; sees both public and Inner Circle-exclusive content.
• Admin: manages the platform, including moderating content and assigning roles.

Role assignments are at the sole discretion of My Sports Network's administrators.

User-Generated Content

If your account tier allows posting (Verified or Inner Circle), you keep ownership of what you post, but you grant My Sports Network a license to display, distribute, and store it within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we review user reports of content that may violate them.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features (currently: Online Lessons and Online Fitness assessments) require a paid subscription. Certain other features (currently: Education Hub events) are available as one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by [INSERT: Apple App Store / Google Play / Stripe, whichever actually processes your payments], and are subject to their respective refund policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, through your [App Store / Play Store] account settings.

Sponsored Content

The App displays sponsored content and advertisements from third-party partners. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by sponsors.

Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the App to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Circumventing content moderation or access controls (e.g. attempting to view Inner Circle content without Inner Circle access).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
